Fibromyalgie
Fibromyalgia or Fibromyalgie
Syndrome is a common form of pain in skeletal muscle and
extra-articular rheumatism, whose origins are still unknown.
Chronic pain predominantly affects the spine, arms, shoulders,
wrists, thighs and the pelvic girdle. Muscles and fibrous
connective tissue structures such as tendons and ligaments are
often associated with mood disorders, especially sleep and fatigue.
The pain occurs with a burning sensation, stiffness, tension and
contracture. In addition to pain and fatigue, there are many other
symptoms, such as generalized or localized sensation of stiffness
in the spine or lumbar level. There also are frequent sleep
disturbances, headache or pain in the face, acufemi (ringing in the
ears) and, finally, abnormal sensations, gastrointestinal, urinary,
changes in body temperature and balance. There also are cognitive
disorders, anxiety and depression.Oxygen-Ozone Therapy:
The treatment consists of 2 or 3 weekly sessions of Major Autohemotransfusion for 12 total sessions, or, depending on patient’s need and doctor’s opinion, insufflation of 2 weekly sessions for 6 total sessions.
