Constipation
Constipation is a malfunction of
the intestine caused by various factors and it is characterized by
difficulty in evacuating faeces, by insufficient, infrequent or
irregular defecation, and a feeling of incomplete rectal emptying.
This is a temporary cessation of feces in the large intestine. A
frequent complication of constipation is made up of hemorrhoids,
which are often caused by the difficulty of defecation and stool
consistency. Chronic constipation can cause discomfort and often
serious complications such as bowel obstruction, chronic abdominal
pain, megacolon, volvulus, fecal impaction, and cancer of the colon
and rectum as well.Oxygen-Ozone Therapy:
The treatment consists of 1 or 2 weekly sessions of gas Insufflation, hold for 5 minutes for a 12 total sessions.
