Periarthritis
The humer
oscapularis periarthritis is an inflammatory and degenerative
disease about fibrous tissues of the shoulder joint and affects
mainly those under the age of 40 years. The muscles affected are
over the prickly, the infraspinatus and teres minor. There is no
specific underlying cause, inflammation may be caused by several
factors such as trauma and repetitive microtrauma, neurovascular
disorders, disorders of the nerves and blood vessels, dietary
factors, toxic factors, prolonged exposure to cold and finally
alteration of static and posture (dorsal kyphosis, stiffness of the
shoulder girdle and upper arm). The scapular humeral periarthritis
is manifested by pain on the outside of the front and back of both
combined movements at rest. By time, they are more painful and
noticeable both in a state of rest and movement and they give rise
to a stiffness that affects the whole joint.Oxygen-Ozone Therapy:
The treatment consists of 2 or 3 weekly sessions of periarticular and subcutaneous infiltrations.
